We added full support for ActiveSync 16.1 version in GFI KerioConnect 10.0.0.

ActiveSync 16.1 introduced a separate “Wipe Account” functionality in addition to the former “Wipe” functionality that was the only option available for devices that supported ActiveSync 16.0 or older.

Versions prior to 16.1 only had the Remote Device Wipe command. This is implemented by iOS and Android differently. In iOS, the remote device wipe works as expected. However, in Android on native Gmail and native email apps, the device wipe command is only implemented as an account wipe command.
