Billing Update

GFI Software is changing its billing system

From October 2026, GFI Software sends invoices from a new billing system. This page is for customers who buy FaxMaker Online, EtherFax or Kerio SaaS directly from GFI. Note for distributors and resellers: We informed our distributors about this change separately.

What does not change
  • Your service and plan
  • How we calculate your bill
  • Your invoice currency: USD

 

What changes
  • Invoice format. Your invoice looks different and has more detail.
  • Sender. Invoices come from noreply@gfi.com, with the invoice as a PDF attachment.
  • Payment page. The invoice PDF has a link to a new payment page. The page shows the seller GFI USA, Inc.
  • Payment card. We cannot move saved cards from our old system. You must add your card once more.

 

What you must do (one time)
  1. Open the invoice PDF attached to the email.
  2. Click the payment link in the PDF. The payment page opens (see the sample below).
  3. To pay by card, tick Save payment information for future use, then click Pay with Card.
  4. When your card is saved, we charge future invoices to it automatically on the due date. You do not need to do anything more.

How to make sure the email is real
  • The sender is noreply@gfi.com.
  • The invoice number is the same in the email, in the PDF and on the payment page.
  • The payment page shows the seller GFI USA, Inc.
  • GFI never asks for card details by email, chat or phone.
  • If you are not sure, do not click. Submit a ticket and we will confirm.
Frequently asked questions

Why do I have to enter my card again?
For security, card data cannot move between billing systems. You enter it only once.

When will you charge my card?
On the due date of each invoice. Each invoice comes to you by email before we charge it.

Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Click Pay with Bank Transfer on the payment page.

The payment page shows contact details for ESW Capital. Who is that?
ESW Capital handles payments for GFI. For questions about your invoice, submit a GFI ticket.

I do not want automatic payments.
Submit a ticket and we will tell you the options.

My invoice looks wrong.
Submit a ticket with the invoice number.

I buy through a reseller or distributor.
This change does not apply to you. Continue to order and pay as usual.

Price book update (October 15, 2026)

GFI launched a new price book on October 15, 2026. We informed our distributors separately. Invoices issued from this date use the new prices. The main monthly prices for FaxMaker Online and EtherFax are below. All prices are in USD.
